Lily in God's Consideration

Blog|Jump-Clix
~These two above overlays are from Betty Jane's church. I photographed all their stained glass windows. She (and my good friend Ray) put together a special informational pamphlet for all the Elfinwild Church members. This project included some photos that Ray and I put together late last summer. On a hot sunny day, Ray directed me and I redirected my almost new camera to procede. Some good lessons were learned.

~One: It is almost impossible to get your camera to the exact center of anywhere? The Greeks knew this big problem well. They built their important architecture just a wee bit crooked... and that made it only look like straight and true. This is not easy.

~Two: Betty Jane’s and Ray’s faith, spirit, love & all… had a most positive effect on me! I put a Stargazer lily photo (with a bumble bee) and glass message together in most fondly of appreciations. That was easy!

>Hens>Chicks>Eggs>..... for Aunt Ruth

Blog|Jump-Clix
~Aunt Ruth gave me more "Hens & Chicks" than I knew what to do with?
She told me, "They like to be near rocks! Start a rock garden... like mine." She was right... but I don't remember telling her that?
~ After we lost the last of her many suckulents in transplant... we bought the above potted arrangement in rememberance and all. I wish I would have at least tried to find more a proper size of rocks. I think they need a milder climate than what we have around here too?
~ Aunt Ruth gave me a lot of good advice over the years! I tried hard to take it all in. Her very best was: "Faith... by good example."

Jewison's Cactus

Blog|Jump-Clix
~Norman Jewison gets the credit for this split screen (photo) style of presentation. Jo Anne encouraged this little pin cushon of a cactus to bloom. This beautiful flower is no bigger than your little finger nail. To much water... I mean no water at all makes this desert plant think the moisture in our Western Pennsylvania monitored air is just about right. These spectacular petals remind me of a ribbion candy from my childhood and I still think that it needs a pink frame?

"Same Idea" :||: Gallardia in unison.

~Sunshine beckons to Jo Anne's potted Gallardia.

~My above mirrored photo and background mat attempt to reveal symbolic from a solar like cloke of special envelopment. Each most beautiful gallardia bud follows it's own magical path in space and slow motion time that few viewers ever really get to enjoy.
~This marvelous plant in flowering has reveled from but just a tiny seed into the maker of but more tiny seeds. Is this the way of the seed... to make more seeds or the way of the flower... to make more flowers, that other lifeforms enjoy? This inbetween of complex transition in replication is at the solar center of the floral image folded upon itself.
